From classroom walkthroughs to teacher-centred staff appraisals
Meaningful, regular feedback is one of the most effective levers for improving teaching quality. Yet schools often lack a bridge between brief classroom observations („walkthroughs“) and the annual staff appraisal. We are developing a digital tool that captures these observations and consolidates them over the course of the year into a solid foundation for an effective development conversation.
At this Project Lunch, we will share experiences from the first pilot trials with Mosaikschule Munzinger and present prototypes for further development. The project is being developed within the BeLEARN framework, supported by PHBern and technically implemented by Menon Skills AG.
