The transfer of research into practice is a complex process made possible by BeLEARN’s Translation Managers. Their work is supported by the Translation Advisory Board, which brings together experienced experts from business, industry, education, and public administration. Here, we introduce the people behind these roles.
Translation Managers at BeLEARN
Translation management is the central interface between educational research and practice. Translations managers systematically review completed BeLEARN projects, evaluate their transfer potential, and, together with experts from the Translation Advisory Board, select promising approaches. In collaboration with the institutions and sales partners involved, they develop concrete offers and use cases, and devise customised dissemination strategies. They also advise educational institutions on the selection and implementation of these offers.
Through targeted networking, including at BeLEARN Barcamps and the BeLEARN Translation conference, as well as through continuous monitoring, they ensure that innovations are embedded more quickly, more precisely, and more sustainably in everyday education.
The Translation Advisory Board
The BeLEARN Translation Advisory Board brings together experienced professionals from business, industry, education, and public administration. Together, they promote the transfer of research findings into practice and support the implementation of innovative solutions in education.
Drawing on their expertise and professional networks, the board advises BeLEARN on strategic questions, supports the further development of projects with high transfer potential, and strengthens collaboration with practice partners. In doing so, its members play an important role in increasing the visibility and long-term impact of educational innovation.
