360° virtual reality expands the possibilities of qualification procedures (QV) in vocational education and training. Whereas in the past written case studies or individual images were usually used in the final discussion, today learners can immerse themselves directly in realistic work situations with VR. This makes the expert discussion more practice-oriented and closer to everyday professional life. The technology is already being used in basic vocational education and training as well as in higher vocational education and training
