The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
In collaboration with our hosting providers, we endeavour to protect our databases as effectively as possible against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to guarantee complete protection of data against access by third parties.
1. Data we Collect
We collect only the data necessary for the operation of Inside ADHD and in accordance with Meta’s guidelines:
- Account information: Meta account identifiers (user ID), username and public profile data provided by Meta.
- Device data: hardware type, operating system, IP address and Meta Quest device identifiers.
- Usage analytics: session duration per scene, interactions within the application and crash reports.
- User content: no user content is generated.
- Interactions with third-party LLMs: there is no LLM integrated into the Inside ADHS
2. How we use Data
We process data for the following purposes:
Provision and operation of the application
Improvement of the gaming experience (analysis of usage patterns using aggregated analytical data).
Compliance with legal obligations.
Legal basis: Data processing is carried out on the basis of (1) your consent and (2) our legitimate interest in providing and operating our services.
3. Third-Party Data
Data is disclosed exclusively to the following extent:
To Meta: Necessary account and device data for operation on the Meta platform.
No data is sold to advertisers or other unrelated third parties.
4. Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. You can do this in the following ways:
- By email: Contact us at info@belearn.swiss with the subject line ‘Data erasure’.
- Via the Meta Platform: Submit a deletion request via Meta’s Privacy Centre.
Please note: Certain anonymised analytical and usage data may continue to be stored for legal or regulatory reasons.
5. Meta-Specific Policies
- We comply with Meta’s Data Use Requirements and Developer Policies.
- We do not collect sensitive health data or precise location data.
- In accordance with Meta’s age restrictions, use by persons under the age of 13 is generally not permitted. For educational or school-related purposes, use by persons under the age of 13 may be permitted in exceptional cases under the supervision of an adult.
Security
We appreciate the trust you place in us by providing your personal data and employ appropriate, state-of-the-art security measures to protect it. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure and reliable. Absolute protection cannot therefore be guaranteed.
