Monitoring for empowering trainers and student teachers in the implementation of digital competencies

We explore how the Digital Training Companion, leveraging data science and AI, enhances the monitoring and follow-up of training in digital competencies.


During the pilot phase of the EduNum reform in the canton of Vaud, we developed a framework aimed at enhancing the training of teachers in digital education, incorporating a comprehensive evaluation model and data collection methodology. Building on this foundational research, our project evaluates the effectiveness of the Digital Training Companion. This web application integrates our research findings into essential functionalities required to promote a cycle of continuous improvement in digital education training. The application provides both trainers and teachers with tools for ongoing and formative evaluation of the various stages of training implementation.
