dipFocus II
Digital Collaboration
Shaping digital collaboration in everyday school life: dipFocus II brings together practical ideas and best practice examples from schools to promote exchange, learning and joint development.
Input
Ben Hüter, education expert with many years of experience in vocational education, innovation consulting and organisational development, and Philippe Wampfler, teacher, subject-didactics specialist and media educator focusing on digital education, devote their contribution to the key questions of digital collaboration in schools. The focus lies both on collaboration within teams and across different hierarchical levels, as well as on the joint design of learning between teachers and learners. The event is complemented by an exchange among participants.
The impulses presented serve as a basis for the subsequent regional events. They are intended to stimulate reflection on how digital collaboration in everyday school life can be strengthened, reflected upon, and further developed.
Date: 14 January 2026 – 17:30 to approx. 19:00
Venue: BeLEARN Hub, Laupenstrasse 19, 3008 Bern (3rd floor) or online
Registration deadline: 12 January 2026
Bazaar
Following the kickoff input, dipFocus II will come directly to your schools! At three different upper secondary schools, we will host a best-practice bazaar where participants can move between stations, engage in conversations, and collect new ideas.
The focus lies on participants’ own experiences and examples from everyday school life. The aim is not only to present content but to develop it further together. By bringing in projects, questions, and challenges, a practice-oriented learning community is created in which knowledge becomes visible and mutual learning can take place.

Online Exchange
In a dedicated dipFocus channel, inputs on the topic of digital collaboration are shared at regular intervals. You can also ask the community questions on the topic or share your own inputs (e.g. tools, teaching ideas).
Have you already developed something related to digital collaboration for teaching? Share your project implementation with other teachers in the Master Team or in the dip app. Even small-scale implementations can already inspire colleagues for their own lessons!
